Good mix of folks in the afternoon. There did seem to be a lot of older guys on the prowl, but hey everyone needs a place to go. Food is good, beer is cold - what else do we need? Haven't been there at night but I imagine it's more "fun"!
The bouncers refused to let my friend friend in even though he had a valid drivers license and multiple credit cards. That's ridiculous, he's 24
2 for 1 burger night can't be beat. Great fresh made burgers! $5.00 Blue plate specials during the day also fabulous.
I am just now leaving Bar A. It is 10 pm on 12/26. I spent $5 to enter. I spent 23 minutes (I timed it) waiting to order a drink. During this time I saw the bartender pass packets of a substance to customers. I was by the register and asked when he was intending to serve me, since he was not doing a typical lineup. I received his middle finger in response. Needless to say, there’s no reason for any adult over the age of 21 to ever attend this bar.
Extremely disrespectful and ignorant staff. Seems like a great location and has lots of buzz but needs a management overhaul (or maybe just a handful of bad apples that need to learn some manners and the vaguest sense of respect). Love the local police officers who helped direct us to other higher class establishments so it all worked out.
